Alma Evett – Multi-million Dollar Producer.  She has been in the real estate business since 1986. She is Broker-in-charge and office manager of Rich Company Bath Branch Office. She is the recipient of 2007 Rich Company Bath Branch Office President's Award and also the 2007 Washington-Beaufort County Board of Realtors® President’s Award.  She is a member of WBCBR, NCAR and NAR. In addition to being fulltime real estate broker, Alma has a degree in music and is a church organist.

Chris Lewellen – Multi-million Dollar Producer.  He received the 2006 Rookie of the Year awards as presented by Washington Beaufort County Board of Realtors® and the Rich Company Bath Branch Office. In 2007 he received the Rich Company Bath Branch Office Top Performance Award. Top Performance award was for most properties sold or most produced. He is experienced in residential renovations. He is a member of the WBCBR, NCAR and NAR. Chris has a degree in Economics with a business minor from ECU. 

Bob Gibbons – Million Dollar Producer.  He is the recipient of the Rich Company Bath Branch Office 2007 Rookie of the Year award. Bob is experienced in financial services, corporate sales and residential renovations. He moved to Beaufort County from Florida in 2006. He is a member of the Washington Beaufort County Board of Realtors® and serves as Legislative Affairs & RPAC chairman. He is a member of the Washington Yacht & County Club and the Washington Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce as well as NCAR and NAR.

Brenda Respess – Multi-million Dollar Producer. Brenda is a native of Beaufort County and has been in the real estate business since 2004. She has served terms on the Beaufort-Hyde-Martin Regional Library Board and Beaufort County Arts Council Board as well as served two terms as Commissioner for the Town of Pantego. Brenda believes success is attributed to maintaining close contact with her clients, paying close attention to details and ensuring every real estate transaction is a positive one. She is a broker and is a member of Washington Beaufort County Board of Realtors®, NCAR and NAR.
